01About these terms
By visiting nuya.io or submitting the waitlist form you agree to these terms. They are between you (the visitor) and Archevia BV, a Belgian limited company operating under the trade name nuya. Our company details are listed at the bottom of the Privacy policy.
If any clause here conflicts with a separate written agreement we have signed with you (e.g. a Subscription Agreement, a pilot letter, an NDA), the separate agreement governs that subject and these terms cover everything else.
02What this site is — and isn't
This is a marketing site. The pages describe an upcoming product, the team building it, and the trust posture we are committing to. The product is not selling yet. Pilot conversations are scheduled for later in 2026.
Nothing on this site is an offer of service, a binding price, or a representation of feature availability for any specific date. Roadmap, capabilities, sub-processors, and pricing are stated in good faith based on what we know today and may change before launch.
03Who can use the site
You may visit nuya.io if you are at least 16 years old (the GDPR minimum for digital-services consent in Belgium) and your use complies with the laws of the jurisdiction you are visiting from. If you are accessing the site on behalf of an organisation, we assume you have authority to do so.
04Acceptable use
Use the site for what it's for: reading about nuya, joining the waitlist, getting in touch. The following are not acceptable:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of
nuya.io, the underlying servers, or any non-public asset. - Scraping, mirroring, or republishing the site's content at scale without our written permission. (A reasonable amount of quoting with attribution is fine and welcome.)
- Using the waitlist form to send abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Submitting personal data of others without their knowledge or a lawful basis.
- Probing for vulnerabilities in a way that disrupts service or deviates from our published responsible-disclosure approach (currently: email contact@nuya.io with the details and a reasonable disclosure window).
05The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request to be contacted about pilot availability and product updates. It is not a contract, an order, a reservation, or a commitment by either side to anything. We may reach out, decide not to, or withdraw the platform launch entirely without notice.
You can withdraw your waitlist consent at any time by replying to any email we have sent you, or by writing to contact@nuya.io. We delete your record promptly. See Privacy for the full data-handling story.
06Intellectual property
The text, layout, brand mark, lockup, palette, and code of nuya.io are owned by Archevia BV (or licensed to us). The Fontshare-served typefaces — General Sans and JetBrains Mono — are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and similar permissive terms; their licences govern their reuse, not these terms.
You may not copy or reproduce material from the site except for routine browser caching, fair-use quotation with attribution, or other uses permitted under the Belgian implementation of EU copyright law. The "nuya" name and the wordmark are unregistered trade marks of Archevia BV; please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or origin we haven't agreed to.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us via the waitlist or email. By submitting, you grant Archevia BV a non-exclusive licence to read, reply to, and operationally process your submission to provide the service you asked for.
07Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and as available. We make reasonable efforts to keep it online and accurate, but we don't warrant that it will be free of errors, that links to third-party documents will stay valid, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Belgian and EU mandatory consumer-protection rights apply where they would; this section does not try to override them.
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Archevia BV's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of nuya.io is capped at €100. We do not exclude liability for our own intent (opzet / dol), gross negligence, fraud, or anything Belgian law forbids us from limiting.
Nothing on this site forms a legal, tax, financial, security, or implementation-strategy opinion you can rely on for a real decision. The persona examples are illustrative.
08Third-party links and embeds
The site may link to or embed resources we don't control — open-source repositories, regulator pages, news articles, third-party privacy policies. We don't endorse or vouch for those resources; you're following them at your own discretion.
09Belgian law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
10Updates
We may update these terms when our practices change. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date at the top and a short note in the next email we send to anyone on the waitlist. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11Contact
Anything legal, anything strange, anything we should know about: contact@nuya.io.
